Switzerland. We believe that Amateur golfers do not have enough
quality opportunities to compete on a National level. We offer a series of events across the US to
allow us to crown Champions in 5 different Flights, for all levels of
ability. |

THE
XELLENT Amateur Golf Format: All events are 36-hole stroke play. Golfers are placed into one Flight according to their handicap and will remain in that Flight Only gross scores are counted.
Flights
Handicaps Eligibility: The Xellent AMATEUR GOLF Championship Series provides competition to golfers of equal skill levels. Any Amateur that has won a sanctioned USGA event automatically qualifies to compete in any 2-day Regional event. Any player that has won a Major event automatically qualifies for 3 day Xellent Amateur Championship in Bandon Dunes, Bandon, OR in December 2007. Rules: All event play is governed by the USGA. Personal appearance of all competitors must be neat with respect to clothing and personal grooming. Proper golf etiquette is required at all times. Maintain a good pace of play to avoid stroke penalties. SANDBAGGERS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED Prizes: The top 30% of finishers in each Flight will receive a gift certificate and they automatically qualify to compete in the Xellent Amateur National Championships in the fall of 2007. Prizes are funded from player entry fees, with the total purse depending on the number of players at each event. There are also optional side games. National Championship: The Xellent Amateur Championship Series will be held for the top 30% players in each of the 5 Flights. To be eligible, players must compete in one of the 10 Regional 2 day events. Deadlines for Fees: Due to Tee Time reservation policies of host clubs, all entry fees must be received at least 8 days prior to the date of the upcoming event. There is a $25 surcharge for late entries.
